[Surface preparation]

Remove large rust and limescale particles with a wire brush or sandpaper. Thoroughly clean the surface to remove dirt, dust, and grease.

Shake or stir well before use. Apply two coats with a brush, roller, or pump sprayer, allowing at least 20 minutes of drying time between coats. Allow 48 hours for the paint to cure before applying a top coat.

Warm tips:

Do not use this product if surface temperatures are below 50 °F.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from frost or temperatures above 100 °F.

For long-lasting protection of iron surfaces, the cured rust conversion coating should be sealed with two coats of high-quality oil-based paint. No further priming is required.

The application equipment should be cleaned immediately with soap and water.
