On special occasions such as (but not limited to) Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Halloween and Christmas, the delivery time may be extended by a few days.

3. Most of our orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe specified above. However, the above timeframe is only a guideline and may vary in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer shipping and/or delivery time.
4. International orders: Orders may take additional days to clear customs. We have no control over the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience caused by delivery delays.
5. When the order is ready to ship, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can track your package all the way to your home.

ORDER TRACKING
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can track your order all the way to your home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you try to track your package and no information is available, it simply means the carrier hasn't processed your package yet. Once the package is scanned into the system, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.
If the estimated arrival date has been exceeded, please contact us so we can take care of it.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout, as we are not responsible if your order is delivered to an incorrect address.
If you contact the carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or reroute your package, we are not responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged.
